Hi…my name is Leo.
My mom, with whom I’ve lived all of my 4 years, is expecting a baby in several months and is having such a hard time with her pregnancy that her doctor says that she will probably need bed rest for the next few months. In addition, my dad works very long hours, so he isn’t home until late at night, and consequently I have been getting hardly any attention and am awfully lonely. My mom loves me dearly, but she really feels that it would be best for me to find a new home where my person or people are home much of the time. I am a very handsome, short-haired, jet black gentleman who is DECLAWED, and of course up to date with all my shots. I have a few “eccentric” traits – I just LOVE to chew Q-tips that I find in the bathroom wastebasket and I find nibbling on strings attached to clothing irresistible, but I will quit doing that if you just clap your hands and tell me “no.” I am very outgoing and social, love to be held over your shoulder and give kisses, and to play fetch (not a traditional cat activity I understand!). My mom says that I’m definitely not a fan of having my belly rubbed, and will let you know with a little nip that you’re in forbidden territory! I know that I will make another family as happy as I’ve made my current one, so won’t you do the same for me and take me home with you?
