DHi…my name is Dodger.

Those great Border Patrol guys did it again! One of them found me dodging traffic (hence my name!) on the freeway in Sahuarita, rounded me up (it wasn’t very hard!), and after awhile brought me here to TALGV. I am a handsome, 1-year-old, chocolate terrier/Lab mix boy who has just been neutered and gotten the “full treatment” of shots and other vet things. My rescuer would have liked to have kept me, but he rents his home and the landlord wouldn’t allow pets. So…here I am, 44 pounds of sweetness (yes, guys like us can be very, very sweet!), hoping for a home of my own that has a nice, big yard to play in and a family that I can take care of. I’m learning more and more obedience things here and also house manners (we all have doggie doors which are wonderful things!), so I’m sure that in no time I’ll be a perfect gentleman and a great addition to an active family. Why don’t you come on over and spend some time with me? It might well be the best thing you’ll do in 2009!
