Hi…my name is Gracie.

I was found in Sahuarita back in mid-January and the great people who found me said that I got along beautifully with their three kids and their other dog and cats – seven in all! I am a delightful, 16-month-old, mostly tan, Lab mix who went to live with a foster family for a few weeks recently and they said that I’m housebroken (that’s the hard part all done for you!), love to take long walks in the morning and shorter walks in the afternoon (that’s particularly nice in the summer!), walk well on a leash (except when I see those intriguing rabbits!), and like other dogs and people (small and large). I sleep in my crate at night but am not very happy with it during the day (that’s when I want to be with you!). I love petting and belly rubs, and socializing with everyone at neighborhood “parties.” I do need to have a fenced (5’ or so) yard as awhile back I tended to want to roam, but once I know that you’re mine and I’m yours, that wanderlust will probably disappear! So I’m ready for you whenever you’re ready for me – please come by and see what a sweetie I am!
