Hi… my name is Kali.
I was named after the Hindu goddess who was viewed as giving life, and boy have I ever done that in spades! I was found abandoned near Quail Creek with my TEN puppies when they were only 4 weeks old. The man who rescued us already had fifteen rescued animals of his own, so you can imagine he wasn’t ready to add any more to the mix! I have been an absolutely perfect mother, and any day now all of my kids will be off on their own adventures, so I’m beginning to put out feelers for my own future. I am a purebred Australian blue heeler who is only about 18 months old. I have the lovely blue merle and tan markings of my breed, and to complement my beauty, I have brains to match! I’m looking for someone who will give me the opportunity to show what wonderful companions we heelers can be, so if you have an active lifestyle, I want to be part of it!
