Hi… my name is Oprah.
My siblings, Officer, Opal, Olivia, Oscar, and I are the last of a nine-puppy litter to find homes. Our dad found homes for two of us, and two came to TALGV earlier and were adopted right away, but now that we are getting bigger (and eating more!), our dad couldn’t afford to keep us any longer. We are heeler/shepherd mixes, and although we aren’t still at the “aw” baby puppy stage, we’re still puppies nonetheless. We all look pretty much alike except for our coloring (I’m a black and white female with white feet), and we all have personalities that will come shining through once we get into secure and loving homes. Since we are all in the mid-30-pound weight range now, we’ll probably be medium to large guys when we’re grown – so we’ll need lots of exercise and education to transform us into the loving companions we’re meant to be.
