Hi…my name is Oreo.

My mom, Sage, wandered onto a great lady’s property back in October and the lady decided to give her shelter. It was obvious that my mom was pregnant, and after a few weeks, she gave birth to just me (a real rarity apparently, but not too surprising since she’d been out on her own for awhile and not getting a whole lot of good nourishment). Since our rescuer already had two other dogs (in addition to three young children), it was just too much for her to feed two more mouths, so she persuaded the TALGV people to take in my mom, Sage, and me. I am about 8 weeks old now, and am a roly-poly, mostly black (with a bit of white here and there) little boy who gives “exuberance” a new meaning. Since I’m such a young guy, there isn’t anything that I can’t learn if you have the time and a patience to teach me. I love people, kids, dogs, (who knows, maybe even CATS!), and I promise to be the light of your life if you make me a part of your family.
